Leeds United striker Tresor Kandol has put pen-to-paper on a new deal which will keep him at the club until summer 2011.
The £200,000 signing from Barnet is the latest in a string of players to pledge their future to United after a morale-boosting start to the season.
Kandol joins striker Jermaine Beckford and youngsters Jonny Howson, Robert Bayly, Ben Parker and Scott Gardner in extending their deals at Elland Road.
Kandol's initial contract was due to expire in 2010, but the 26-year-old has now agreed revised terms and will be hoping to add to his haul of five goals this term at Brighton on Saturday.
Chairman Ken Bates confirmed that Kandol was the final name on the list of players that the club wanted to hand new deals, and he praised their collective efforts.
"Dennis targeted six players for new contracts and he works on the principle that if they are worth it you offer them a new contract before they ask," he told Yorkshire Radio.
"Tresor was the last and now we've got the boys lined up where he wants them with something that is fair to them and affordable to us.
"It's encouraging for the youngsters that they are being rewarded for their progress and hopefully it will encourage them to do even better."
