Robertson and Lester staying with Chesterfield

Chesterfield's Gregor Robertson and Jack Lester have signed new deals to stay with the club. Robertson's previous agreement had expired but he has now put pen-to-paper on a new one-year deal. He is the fourth out-of-contract player to commit his future to the Spireites this summer after Aaron Downes, Derek Niven and Danny Hall. Striker Jack Lester has inked a contract extension to keep him at Chesterfield until 2011. The 33-year-old has been a prolific goalscorer for the club since joining from Nottingham Forest in 2007, netting 50 goals in two seasons.
