Already without Calum Elliot through injury, he has been joined on the sidelines by Eggert Jonsson - who has been out because of stomach surgery.
The 21-year-old will be ruled out for six weeks, and that is a further blow to Laszlo - who is not being allowed to bring in any reinforcements.
"This is not good news but what can we do?" manager Csaba Laszlo said.
"He will be a miss for us but Eggert is a strong professional and he will work hard to get back as soon as he can.
"Injuries are part of football life and we do not have the luck with this at the moment.
"No more players will arrive at the club. I have been told we must go with those we have here.
"It's frustrating as we have just lost Eggert for eight weeks and Calum Elliot is also out.
Stability
"I hope our fans support us and understand this situation. I know what it's like to work with a young team - it's a lot of up and down, up and down, with no stability.
"I don't know if we can finish second or third this season or eighth, ninth or tenth.
"Our target must be a top-six spot then see what happens. We also can not afford to drop out of cup competitions in the first round to lower league teams.
"Our academy is good but young players also need examples to follow and it's easier if you have five or six good, experienced players.
"I will not change my mentality and if we are focused we can do the same as we did last season.
"But the players also need a bit of time and if the club gives me this I will be happy to do a rebuilding job.
"The wishes of the club and the reality of the situation must stand together and I have no problems if that's the case."
