Pompey boss insists trio are not Fratton Park bound

Paul Hart has distanced Portsmouth from the likes of Edgar Davids, Rafik Djebbour and Amr Zaki. The trio have been linked with moves to the South Coast strugglers, but Hart insists none will be making their way to Fratton Park. Davids is in talks over a move to Championship side Leicester City and Hart has played down talk he could offer a deal to the ex-Spurs and Barcelona midfielder.

The Pompey boss has never even heard of AEK Athens' French striker Djebbour, who has reportedly been interesting rivals Blackburn Rovers. Zaki impressed with Wigan on loan in the first half of the season before his form tailed off and Hart insists he is another who will not be joining the club. "Edgar Davids? No, it's not true. I've never heard of Rafik Djebbour and there's no interest in Zaki. There never has been - and there never will be," he told The News.
