Whites forward charged with violent conduct

Leeds striker Tresor Kandol is facing being handed a three-match ban after being charged with violent conduct. The Whites forward, who accepted the charge, has been punished by the Football Association following an incident after the 4-0 win over Yeovil on Saturday. The 28-year-old bagged the last goal in the rout at Elland Road, but will now face a spell on the sidelines after recently emerging as a first-team contender for the League One club. Kandol lashed out at Yeovil striker Sam Williams in a mass melee in the centre circle as the players were leaving the pitch and was reported by referee Andy Haines. Kandol now looks set to miss the FA Cup clash against Oldham on Saturday, the Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie against Grimsby and the league trip to Brighton on November 21. Kandol has made four substitute appearances in League One so far this season, getting on the scoresheet against Yeovil and Bristol Rovers.
