Wales duo Aaron Ramsey and Joe Ledley are hoping for a change of fortune when they tackle Scotland at the Cardiff City Stadium.
John Toshack's side normally play home games at the Millennium Stadium, however, they have lost their last three at the ground, while crowds struggle to fill even a quarter of the vast 74,500 capacity.
Wales play their first-ever match at Cardiff City's impressive new ground on Saturday and Arsenal starlet Ramsey is excited at returning to a packed stadium.
"We have been waiting to move for a while," conceded Ramsey.
"We need to get the buzz back, where it's not so empty.
"It is hard raising the tempo and that helps the opposition."
Bluebirds ace Ledley is excited at representing his country on his home ground and believes it will be of benefit for Wales to play at a more intimidating venue.
"It will be great to play in my home stadium for Wales, it's a smashing place, the pitch is excellent and hopefully it will be a sell-out," explained Ledley. "Certainly all the lads are looking forward to it.
"Ninian Park used to be a frightening atmosphere for visiting teams, but that's gone now and hopefully the new ground will become just as intimidating. Cardiff's fans have been doing their best this season."
