Harry Redknapp is confident that Luka Modric and Niko Kranjcar are capable of playing in the same team for Tottenham Hotspur.
The return to fitness of Croatian schemer Modric has handed Redknapp a selection headache due to the impressive form of Kranjcar on the left of midfield.
Kranjcar arrived at White Hart Lane at the end of the summer transfer window and has taken the place of his compatriot Modric, who fractured his fibula against Birmingham in August.
Modric has made just one substitute's appearance since regaining fitness and faces a battle to force his way back into Redknapp's starting XI.
However, rather than viewing it as a choice between the two players for the left-hand side role, Redknapp feels the Croatian team-mates can complement each other.
"What a fantastic problem to have as a manager!" Redknapp told Hotspur magazine.
"Niko has been great for us, a terrific player with real quality. He was unbelievable in the 9-1 win against Wigan Athletic and it's great to see Luka back in action too.
"There is no reason why they can't play in the same team."
Meanwhile, Spurs start out on the FA Cup trail next month and Redknapp is looking forward to a third-round tie at home to Championship strugglers Peterborough United.
He added: "It will be a tough game - there are no easy games in the FA Cup, that's for sure.
"When we won the FA Cup at Portsmouth a couple of years ago we scraped through the early rounds against Championship teams until we played Manchester United in the quarter-finals.
"We were lucky to beat Plymouth Argyle at home, got battered at Preston North End but managed to win 1-0, and then went to Ipswich Town and again we were lucky to win 1-0.
"It's a home draw and that's all you can ask for. I know Barry Fry well (Peterborough's director of football) and he's a real character, so we're all looking forward to it."
