Goalkeeper Jamie Young has left Wycombe after having his contract cancelled by mutual consent.
The 24-year-old Australian shot-stopper made 39 appearances for the Chairboys in a four-year stint with the club, having joined from Reading in 2006.
Young kept seven clean sheets on the way to Wycombe's promotion from League Two last season but the Buckinghamshire side have decided against offering him a new deal.
Manager Garry Waddock told the club's
official website: "I wanted to tell him early on that he wasn't going to be given a new contract because I've got a lot of respect for him.
"He's a good guy and I wish him all the best for the future."
Young admitted that his spell at Wycombe had been frustrating at times, but said he had enjoyed himself at Adams Park.
"It's been frustrating at times because I personally feel that I could have played a lot more games but I would like to say thank you to everyone at the club, especially the fans," he said.
"I've definitely grown in experience and I would like to say thank you to everyone at Wycombe, especially the supporters behind the goal.
"It was a great experience for me as a person and as a footballer."
Young joins midfielder Tommy Doherty in departing the Chairboys after the former QPR man left last week.
