On-loan defender Gabriel Tamas is hopeful of securing a permanent move to West Brom after helping the Baggies move within two points of Championship leaders Newcastle.
The Auxerre centre-half has been instrumental in Albion's recent run since moving to the Hawthorns in January, and is keen to play in the Premier League
A hard-fought 1-0 win against Coventry on Tuesday was his adopted side's third clean sheet in five games and the Romania international revealed how much he was relishing playing in England.
"I am enjoying it very much. I am happy all the time," he told the club's official website.
"I am getting used to this football but I don't think I am at 100 per cent yet. I think all football players need one year to see how it's going.
"I'm not settled yet because they haven't bought me!
"I came to this club to win promotion and play in the Premier League with them. I want to win promotion and win everything that is possible."
Despite rumours about his future at the Hawthorns, Tamas insists that he is focused on securing a swift return to the Premier League for West Brom.
"I do my job, I am a professional player and I only speak on the pitch," he added.
"At the club with the chairman and others I just say 'good evening' and 'good morning' and that is it.
"I think they are going to speak and afterwards we will see what happens.
"I have said before that I like this team, I like the staff, I like the club, the fans and everything.
"I want to stay, but it's not up to me. You need to speak with the club, not with me, because I cannot buy myself!"
