Rangers defender Steven Smith believes a lack of dialogue with the club is an indication that he will be leaving Ibrox at the end of the season.
The left-back said in February that he expected to quit the recently-crowned 2009/10 SPL champions in the summer.
Smith believes that predication is now close to becoming reality and he therefore hopes to take advantage of Sasa Papac's suspension to make the one additional appearance he requires to land a league winners' medal.
Ahead of Saturday's trip to Dundee United, he said: "I've not spoken to the club for a while now and it looks as though I'm going to be moving on.
"I'm still working hard and hopefully I'll get another couple of appearances under my belt before the season finishes.
"With Sasa suspended for the next two games, hopefully I've got a chance of getting that appearance and getting another league medal.
"I'm just going to concentrate on finishing the season strongly here and make a decision on my future in the summer.
"It looks like I'll be moving on but I've been fortunate to have eight great years here. It will be difficult but all good things come to an end.
"Everybody gets to a stage in their career when they need to think about moving on."
