Korea vow to be positive against Argentina

Park Ji-sung is hopeful South Korea can cause a shock against Argentina in Johannesburg on Thursday in their second game of the World Cup. South Korea and Argentina made winning starts to their Group B campaign to leave them well-placed to reach the second round. Argentina are heavy favourites to win the group and, although Manchester United star Park accepts the South Americans are the strongest side in the group, he believes his team could spring a surprise on Diego Maradona's star-studded outfit. "Argentina are the strongest side in the group and could be finalists but the unexpected can always happen. We're looking forward to it," Park told the Asian Football Confederation's official website. South Korea coach Huh Jung-moo, meanwhile, believes it is vital his players go into the game with a positive mentality. "No matter how strong they are if we do what we have to do we can manage to grow," said Huh. "Just because it's Argentina one shouldn't be defeatist."
