Lennon indicates midfielder will move to English club

St Mirren manager Danny Lennon has confirmed midfielder Andy Dorman will leave the club this summer and could move to an English side. In December it was confirmed that Wales international Dorman was stalling over signing an extension to his contract. Lennon, who took over as St Mirren's new boss last week, has now revealed Dorman is set to leave the SPL outfit. He told St Mirren's official website: "We have been informed by Andy Dorman's agent today that it looks as if the player will be heading down south to a new club. "Andy has a definite offer from a Championship side and a few others are also showing a very good interest in him. "We all want to wish Andy well." Dorman, who gained his first cap for Wales last month, joined St Mirren in January 2008 from Major League Soccer side New England Revolution. He became a fans' favourite as he racked up 108 appearances - 12 from the substitutes' bench - and scored 24 goals. Championship side Watford were linked with Dorman in December, although it remains to be seen if they are still an interested party.
