Joachim Low has confirmed that only Cacau is doubtful for Germany's World Cup semi-final with Spain.

Germany head coach Joachim Low has confirmed that only striker Cacau is doubtful for their World Cup semi-final with Spain.
The pair meet in Durban with both teams just one game away from a possible World Cup final appearance against either Holland or Uruguay.
Germany secured their semi-final place with a 4-0 success over Argentina and Low insists his medical staff have been working overtime since.
Low has confirmed midfielder Sami Khedira remains in training and that only Brazil-born hit-man Cacau is doubtful to face Spain.
"We had a lot of medical work to do after the Argentina game but all the players will be fit for Wednesday, although there's still a doubt over Cacau," said Low, who will be without Thomas Muller through suspension.
"For the moment Khedira can train, even if it's a special programme.
"The mood is good but there's no euphoria. The team wasn't overjoyed after the win against Argentina, we're still aware of what we need to do, we're focussed."
No revenge
Germany met Spain in the Euro 2008 final with Fernando Torres netting the winner for the European champions, but Low insists revenge is not on his players' minds.
Although Germany have brushed aside England and Argentina in their last two outings Low believes Spain remain the favourites to win despite their below-par showing against Paraguay.
"It's not a case of taking revenge for the Euro, Spain were the best team in the tournament and in the final," he continued.
"Now the situation is different, we're better than we were in 2008, we have a chance of winning this game.
"Personally I think Spain are the favourites for the tournament, in the last two-three years they've been the most consistent team, they've always played and won the important matches.
"They don't have just one (Lionel) Messi who is able to make a difference on the pitch.
"It's a team that doesn't make many mistakes, far fewer than the likes of England or Argentina
"They're very organised, they work together both in attack and in defence, they're a great team.
"Spain make it look easy, they don't have to use up all their energy."
Spain duo
Low is particularly wary of the havoc Barcelona pair Xavi and Andres Iniesta can cause, but he believes his team will be able to stop them.
"They've played together for a long time at Barcelona, that's what makes the difference," he said.
"But if we get on top of them and put them under pressure as we did with Messi, that will be the key to the match."
While Low is refusing to get carried away over his side's impressive summer in South Africa, he admits his team are ready to conquer all.
"It's difficult to make historic comparisons, right now we're playing in such a way that we could dominate anyone," he concluded.
"We can dominate a match for 90 minutes, whether technically or physically."
