Leeds United's newest signing Neill Collins is hoping to help The Whites return to Premier League football.
Fallen giants Leeds have been missing from England's top flight since suffering relegation in 2004 with spiralling debts.
Collins spent the end of last season on loan with Leeds from Preston and helped the club win automatic promotion from League One.
Leeds have their work cut out for themselves in a tough Championship division this time around, but that has not dented Collins' expectations.
The Scottish defender sees no reason why the Elland Road outfit cannot help the clubs' long-suffering fans secure back-to-back promotions.
"All the players I speak to know what a great move it is because it's a huge club," he told Sky Sports News.
"Leeds could be challenging in the top half of the Premier League, but that's up to the players and management to do that now.
"It was great (coming in on loan). I came in with nine games to go and help them get over the line.
"People say we crawled over the line, but at the end of the day it's what the league table looks like at the end of the season.
"It showed we were the second best team in the division so now we're in the Championship, a step closer to where the fans want to be."
