Kolo Toure has two reasons to be happy following Manchester City's summer acquisition of brother Yaya from Barcelona.
Kolo is thrilled to be playing alongside his sibling this season and also knows that the 27-year-old defensive midfielder is world class.
City spent around £25million bringing Yaya to Eastlands on a five-year deal and Kolo believes manager Roberto Mancini has secured a quality acquisition.
As City's captain Kolo is looking to help his young brother settle into life in Manchester, as well as adapt to Premier League football.
"I'm very happy for Yaya for two reasons," he told skysports.com.
"I'm happy because Manchester City have signed one of the best midfield players in the world.
"Yaya Toure is a world class player, there is no doubt about that. He's strong, powerful and his technique is fantastic.
"I'm happy also on a personal level. He's my young brother. I'll look after him as big brothers do.
"Being captain I'll have to help him as well. Hopefully he'll settle as quickly as possible to help us challenge for honours."
