Plymouth manager Peter Reid says the club have rejected an approach from Crystal Palace for defender Onismor Bhasera.
Zimbabwe international Bhasera, who arrived at Home Park earlier this year, has also reportedly attracted the interest of QPR this summer.
However, Reid has expressed his desire to keep the left-back at Argyle, and says he has been impressed by the 24-year-old so far.
"I haven't heard anything from QPR but there has been interest from Palace, which we turned down," Reid told Plymouth's official website.
"He's a good player but Manchester United didn't want to sell [Cristiano] Ronaldo. There are certain things you have to do.
"In an ideal world, I wouldn't have sold [Ashley] Barnes but we had to move things around. Everyone's got a price but Bhasera has impressed me with his attitude.
"The pushed-on position suits him. He's got energy and a lovely left-foot to knock crosses in. He is our player and I'm delighted he's our player. I don't get worried about things like this. I see it as a compliment."
