Stephane Sessegnon could be heading to the Premier League with Manchester City, Tottenham and West Ham all linked with the PSG midfielder.
Reports in Africa have suggested the Benin international is keen on a switch to England's top flight after describing the division as the best in the world.
PSG boss Antoine Kombouare does not want to sell the 26-year-old schemer but the Ligue 1 side would be prepared to do business if an offer in excess of 15 million euros (£12.3m) came in.
Sessegnon, who is having an impressive start to the season in France, told the club's official website: "While the transfer window is open then everything is possible, today I am a PSG player, and I give my all like usual but who knows tomorrow, a move is possible, despite that the club want me to stay here."
City have expressed an interest in the former Le Mans performer, but Spurs look to be in pole position to recruit the African ace, while the Hammers are also monitoring Sessegnon's activity.
