Dutch star happy to remain at San Siro

Inter Milan ace Wesley Sneijder expects to pen a new deal with the Italian giants this month. The Holland schemer, who impressed at this year's World Cup, has been in talks with the Serie A club since June with regards to prolonging his contract. The 26-year-old is expected to extend his stay at the San Siro by two years, keeping him in Milan until June 2015. "This is my club," Sneijder told Corriere dello Sport. "I am very happy here and in 15 days' time I will complete the deal for my renewal." Reports suggest Sneijder, who joined Inter from Real Madrid in the summer of 2009, will earn €6million (£5.3m) per year under the new deal.
