Wolves midfielder Kevin Foley believes everyone at Molineux has been galvanised by the on-going tackling debate.
Mick McCarthy's side were singled out by Fulham midfielder Danny Murphy as one of the teams who go out on to the pitch with spoiling tactics.
Foley believes much of the criticism has been unmerited and that many of those adding their thoughts have simply jumped on the bandwagon.
However, Foley is not dwelling on the negative comments ahead of their weekend clash with West Ham, stating everyone is fighting their corner.
"I think people have been ganging up on us a little bit," explained Foley.
"But we will work together and, if people on the outside want to say things, then fine. It will only make us stronger.
"It just turns into a case of us sticking together as a club. The fans are a big part of that as well."
Foley insists the tackling debate will soon blow over, saying: "The media need something to talk about now and again.
"This month it's tackling, next month will probably be diving or something else. We just roll with the punches."
