Germany coach Joachim Low is to name six uncapped players in his squad for next week's friendly against Sweden.
The full squad list is to be revealed on Thursday but Low has confirmed that he will name a number international debutants.
Established pair Bastian Schweinsteiger and Philipp Lahm are expected to miss out while Miroslav Klose is also to be overlooked for the fixture on 17th November.
Low told the Bild daily: "Andre Schurrle and Lewis Holtby, from Mainz, and the Dortmund players Mario Gotze, Mats Hummels and Kevin Grosskreutz will be on the list.
"Marcel Schmelzer will also be called up."
Schurrle and Holtby, both 20, have impressed for Mainz this season while 18-year-old Gotze has scored two goals for Bundesliga leaders Dortmund.
Grosskreutz, a 22-year-old striker, and 21-year-old defender Hummels have already been called up once before.
Germany, who shone at the World Cup with a youthful and exciting side, currently lead Group A in Euro 2012 qualifying with 12 points from four matches.
