Newcastle youngster Haris Vuckic admits he would be happy to go out on loan in order to gain valuable experience.
The 19-year-old forward is yet to force his way into the Magpies fold on a regular basis, with his first-team opportunities limited to the Carling Cup.
He admits that he still has much to learn, and is prepared to wait for his opportunity at St James' Park, but acknowledges that he will only improve with games.
With that in mind, the Slovenian teenager has revealed that a short spell away from Newcastle may be beneficial to his career.
"Nobody from the club has spoken to me about a possible loan, but of course I have heard the rumours," Vuckic told Ekipa.
"The truth is I would have no problem going out on loan, as long as I get more minutes to play.
"Even in the Championship there is good football and I think it could only be good for me if I were to play every week.
"But I will not complain if I end up staying at St James' Park. I have everything I need here.
"Training here is good and I am learning from extremely good players.
"Even if I were to leave for a loan spell, I would still want to return as I want to make my mark at this club."
It is unlikely that Vuckic will be on the move any time soon, as he is currently nursing a knee injury, but he hopes to be back in contention in the near future.
"Luckily the ligaments are alright," he added.
"I am already running so I hope to be back in training next week."
