Carlo Ancelotti will look to his youngsters when Chelsea tackle Zilina in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night.
The Blues are already assured of their place in the knockout phase after taking maximum points from their opening four Group F fixtures.
That gives Italian tactician Ancelotti the chance to experiment with his starting line-up as the Blues go through some difficult times on the domestic front.
Three defeats in their last four outings has allowed Manchester United to move level on points with the Stamford Bridge club at the top of the Premier League.
Highly-rated teenage midfielder Josh McEachran is assured of a starting berth with Ancelotti confident the 17-year-old is prepared for the challenge.
And the youngsters who shine in continental competition could force their way into the manager's thoughts for the forthcoming Premier League trip to Newcastle.
Ancelotti said: "Josh will start against Zilina.
"He is ready because he has personality and he will play an important position on the pitch as a holding midfielder.
"I think he can put in a good performance. He is able to do this.
"As well as McEachran other young players will be involved in the Zilina game. There's Kakuta, Van Aanholt, Bruma. I want to change things for this game.
"It is important. We can use this game to give the opportunity to young players to improve their experience. We need to take one point and it is possible to win.
"If I have the possibility this is the way I have to manage the club and the team. There are a lot of games and sometimes you have to change."
