Eden Hazard has ruled out leaving Lille in January after being linked with a move to Liverpool.

But Belgian will consider future in the summer

Eden Hazard has ruled out leaving Lille in January after being linked with a move to Liverpool. Reports of a possible switch to Liverpool intensified last weekend when Reds boss Roy Hodgson was spotted watching the highly-rated attacker in action. Liverpool have been long-term admirers of the Belgian international, while a number of other Premier League clubs are also thought to be keen on Hazard. Hazard is adamant he will stay at Lille until the end of the season, but has admitted he will consider his future next summer. "I don't know what I will do next season," Hazard told L'Equipe. "First of all I want to finish the season well at Lille.

Thinking

"I absolutely don't want to leave in January and why not stay here? "I want to discover the new stadium with my club. If we play in the Champions League, it would be an important element in my thinking. "We will see at the end of the season if we go on that way." Lille chairman Michel Seydoux insists they will do everything to keep the talented playmaker. "The most important thing is the appeal we can offer him. We will do anything to grow with him," said Seydoux."
