Charlie Adam insists the dispute over his Blackpool deal is 'finished now' and he is committed to success with the Tangerines.
Scotland midfielder Adam recently won his claim against Premier League newcomers Pool for the non-payment of a £20,000 bonus.
It was feared the disagreement could result in Adam's departure from Bloomfield Road under a breach of contract, but the former Rangers man is adamant the matter is now settled.
"We had an agreement in the contract and that's what it is. It's finished now," said Adam, who turns 25 on Friday.
"At the end of the day, I want to play football. The decision has been made and I'll move on. The past is the past and I want to look to the future."
Adam is focused on helping the 13th-placed Seasiders record further wins as they concentrate on surviving their first season in the Premier League.
He added to the Blackpool Gazette: "We've conceded some late goals and that has lost us points.
"But we have shown we are capable of playing at this level. We are still living the dream and hopefully it can continue.
"We are confident we will stay in the Premier League because we've got good players here, who can play good football.
"It is at the end of the season when it matters, and hopefully we are good enough to be in this league next year."
