Real Madrid manager to change tactics to cope with injuries

Jose Mourinho has warned his Real Madrid players they will have to sacrifice themselves for the team after the injury to Gonzalo Higuain. The Argentina striker will be out of action for another two months as he recuperates from an operation to a slip disc in his back. For Mourinho, who already has been without Kaka for six months due to injury, it is a further blow that he did not need. In Kaka's absence he has had to restructure the team and the Portuguese tactician reveals he will have to do so again in the wake of his striker's injury.

Kaka

"We were missing Kaka for six months and we built a team," said Mourinho. "Now we have to build a team without Higuain. The team will have to adapt to these circumstances. "Some players will have to play in positions that are not theirs and in a different system."
