Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean is hoping to see the best of Junior Hoilett as he plans to give him a first-team run.
The 20-year-old is one for the future but showed his talents on Saturday with the match-winning effort against QPR.
Hoilett was the star of the show as his pace and trickery caused problems and his late goal ultimately settled the contest.
Kean has been impressed with the young Canadian's promise and believes he will continue to improve as confidence grows.
"He is certainly a quality player but he's not had a consistent run in the team," explained Kean.
"We see it every day in training how he moves the ball and he is playing with confidence and a bit of a spring in his step.
"I hope he's starting to find his consistency. In games he's played in the past when something has not come off for him in the first few minutes it has affected him.
"We've said to him to not stop trying and to not stop trying to get on the ball.
"Hopefully we have got him in a vein of form. He is a match-winner."
