Celtic manager Neil Lennon has escaped with a "severe censure" following his latest appearance before the Scottish Football Association.
Lennon was warned about his future conduct by the general purposes committee after being asked to explain his comments following his side's 3-1 home defeat by Rangers in October.
Celtic striker Gary Hooper was handed a £2,000 fine for comments he made about officials, which is suspended for 18 months.
Lennon had criticised referee Willie Collum over his performance in the Old Firm derby, saying he felt "let down" and that Collum had failed to "get the big decisions right", claiming a penalty awarded against Celtic was incorrect and that Rangers midfielder Lee McCulloch should have been sent off.
Touchline ban
Last week, Lennon was given a six-match touchline ban for excessive misconduct during Celtic's 2-0 defeat at Hearts in November.
The Bhoys boss plans to appeal, although he also questioned calls by Collum and one of his assistants during two incidents in last Thursday's 1-1 draw at Hamilton.
"It seems to be every other game now," he said.
"I don't want to say too much as I'm in enough trouble, but it's frustrating."
