Doncaster Rovers have been dealt a blow after confirming midfielder Martin Woods has picked up a groin injury.
The 25-year-old suffered the setback during the warm-up for Rovers' FA Cup tie against Wolves.
Unfortunately for Woods, the expected tear is on the other side to the groin problem he has only recently recovered from.
Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll now faces an anxious wait to find out the full extent of the injury.
"It looks like he's torn something," O'Driscoll told Rovers' website.
"He's going to have a scan tomorrow, but the prognosis is that he is going to be out for a few weeks.
"If he's torn his adductor it would mean four weeks, I would imagine. It depends how bad it is.
"After 24-hours you get more of an idea of whether he's pulled something or something is torn. It's one of those things where you think it's a tweak and touchwood it's going to be okay; but this is a bit more serious."
