Skysports.com understands Leeds are poised to sign Manchester City goalkeeper David Gonzalez. The highly-rated keeper joined City last January on a free transfer after impressing on trial. Gonzalez, who is City's third-choice keeper, is believed to be joining Leeds on loan with a view to a permanent deal. The 28-year-old was not included in City's 25-man Premier League squad, but he has impressed in the reserves this season. Leeds boss Simon Grayson has moved to bring in the Colombian international to provide cover and competition for Kasper Schmeichel. Meanwhile, Alan Martin has left Elland Road after cancelling his contract by mutual consent. Martin joined Leeds in 2007 from Motherwell, but failed to make a senior appearance for the side.
