Christophe Berra has urged Wolves to work on keeping more clean sheets if they want to sidestep relegation this season.
Wolves, currently 18th in the Premier League but just a point adrift of safety, shut out Blackpool with an encouraging 4-0 home win at the weekend.
That result marked just their fifth shutout this season, and defender Berra feels securing similar results will help Wolves avoid the drop.
"Clean sheets are important and I was talking a lot at the end (against Pool) because that's when you have to keep concentrating," Berra told Wolves' official website.
"We haven't kept as many clean sheets this season as we did last. But it's not like we have defended badly in games, it's maybe just individual errors that have cost us.
"If we defend well as a team I'm sure we will keep more clean sheets.
"I'm sure it will be touch and go until the end of the season but we're looking forward to it."
Scotland international Berra feels Wolves' emphatic victory over Blackpool at Molineux was well-earned.
He said: "I think we deserved to win on Saturday.
"It was a tough game but we started on the front foot and took our chance to get an early goal."
Berra insists Wolves, who face a tough test at home to high-flying Tottenham on Sunday, have no issues in terms of morale.
"Morale has never been a problem," he said.
"We're a confident bunch of lads with good character and we will enjoy this win for a couple of days but we know we've got Tottenham on Sunday and that will be a tough game."
He added: "When you're in the bottom three you know the only way is up and sometimes the pressure is worse when you're above that.
"We've just got to take care of ourselves and take the games one by one and get results."
