Reported Manchester United target Manuel Neuer has ruled out a move abroad.

Manchester United's possible plans to sign Manuel Neuer appear to have been dashed after the Schalke goalkeeper ruled out a move abroad.
Germany's No.1 is said to have been scouted by Sir Alex Ferguson's United as they continue to search for a replacement for Edwin van der Sar, who is retiring in the summer.
But Neuer is also a reported target of Bayern Munich and, although he has not committed his future to underperforming Schalke with one year left on his contract, he has indicated that he does not want to leave Germany.
"I definitely want to win the Bundesliga once in my career," said Neuer, who was subjected to Bayern fans' protests earlier this season, which made it clear he would not be welcome at the Allianz Arena.
"I can go abroad twice a year, once for a summer holiday and once for a winter holiday, but whether I need to go abroad to play football - some players say you do, but I see things differently."
Future
But new Schalke manager Ralf Rangnick, who has succeeded the sacked Felix Magath, has made it clear that Neuer is a part of his plans at Veltins-Arena.
Rangnick told
Reviersport: "One of the main tasks for the club will be to keep him (Neuer) at the club beyond the end of his current contract in June 2012."
Schalke general manager Horst Heldt said: "To sign a new deal with Manuel Neuer is definitely an important thing to do."
Heldt added: "It will also be important to get to know how he sees his future. We should not forget that."
Meanwhile, Rangnick has added Markus Gisdol as part of his backroom staff after the assistant coach had his contract terminated with former club Hoffenheim.
