West Brom manager Roy Hodgson could have Gonzalo Jara available for Sunday's trip to Wolves, but Chris Brunt and Steven Reid are unavailable.
Jara has not returned to training since a knee injury forced him off in last weekend's win over Villa, however, he is set for a fitness test on Saturday.
Jerome Thomas is expected to be back in action after missing the game against Villa due to a groin problem.
But Paul Scharner is suspended and Brunt and Reid will both sit out successive matches due to hamstring and calf injuries, respectively.
Hodgson told West Brom's official website on Friday: "Jara hasn't trained yet and we'll see how he is tomorrow.
"Thomas has trained, so barring any repercussions should be okay.
"Reid and Brunt don't have a chance and there is no point suggesting otherwise or trying to encourage people to believe they can when it's pretty obvious they aren't going to play."
