Bacary Sagna insists under-fire manager Arsene Wenger maintains the '200 per cent' support of the Arsenal squad and the defender also expects Cesc Fabregas to stay at the club.
The pressure is on Wenger following another trophyless season, while the Gunners slipped to fourth in the Premier League after Manchester City's win over Stoke on Tuesday night.
Critics have begun to question whether it is time the Frenchman, who has been scrutinised for a failure to spend big money to enhance his squad, moved on after 15 years in charge of Arsenal.
But Sagna told Sky Sports News: "Everyone is 200 per cent behind him. I think he is the right guy.
"He made a lot for the team, for the players and for the club as well. So we just want to keep working hard and give the maximum."
France international Sagna also expects club captain Cesc Fabregas to resist the lure of Barcelona amid the ongoing reports the Spaniard will return to his boyhood club.
Fabregas is not expected to face Fulham on Sunday in Arsenal's last game of the season due to the thigh injury which has ruled him out since the defeat to Bolton at the end of April.
That has led to reports the midfielder may have played his last game for Arsenal, but Sagna said when asked if he expected his team-mate to still be at Emirates Stadium in 2011/12: "Of course. He is under contract with the team. He is still our captain.
"Unfortunately he was injured, but he will be back soon. We need him badly because he is a good player, he is very talented and everyone knows what he can bring to the team.
"So I am looking forward to playing with him next year."
