Watford youngster Matty Whichelow has signed a two-year contract extension at Vicarage Road.
Whichelow is widely tipped as one of the hottest prospects at the club after making fleeting appearances this season.
The 19-year-old made 21 appearances during the campaign, five of which were starts, and he found the net three times.
Whichelow, who joined the Hornets at Under-14 level, was delighted to pledge his future to the club.
"I'm happy to sign and to get my future sorted out," Whichelow told the club's official website.
"Now I can look forward to the new season and focus on coming back fit and ready to go for pre-season."
