Free agent striker has no offers on the table

Free agent striker Darryl Duffy has denied receiving an offer from St Johnstone for his services. The 27-year-old, who finished the season on loan at Hibernian, is without a club after being freed by Bristol Rovers. Saints had been linked with a move following a clear-out at McDiarmid Park, but Duffy insists no offer has been forthcoming. However, Duffy is not ruling out a move to the Perth club as he looks to get his future resolved a quickly as possible. "I've had no offers from anyone," confirmed Duffy. "Maybe because Saints released pretty much all their strikers people are putting two and two together. "I have not any contact from anyone at St Johnstone but I'm not saying that won't happen. I'm keen to get a club as soon as possible."
