League One club secure fourth signing of the summer
Hartlepool United have completed the signing of former Hibernian striker Colin Nish on a free transfer.
Nish was released by Hibs at the end of last season after failing out of favour at Easter Road under Colin Calderwood in the second half of last term.
He was linked with a move to Hibs' SPL rivals St Johnstone, but has opted to try his luck in League One after agreeing a deal with Hartlepool.
Manager Mick Wadsworth had been keen to bring in a striker with Nish's presence and the 30-year-old will also add experience to the Pools squad for next term.
He becomes Wadsworth's fourth signing of the summer after Hartlepool previously agreed deals for Nolberto Solano, James Poole and Nathan Luscombe.
