Bournemouth chairman Eddie Mitchell has confirmed that the club has rejected another offer for Rhoys Wiggins.
Last season, Watford were unsuccessful with two bids for the 23-year-old left-back, believed to be in the region of £150,000.
Charlton have had a bid turned down this summer while Championship side Watford revived their interest in Wiggins late on Friday.
But Mitchell claims he has not been tempted to part with a player that cost the Cherries £40,000 from Norwich last summer.
"It wasn't anywhere near being acceptable," he told the Daily Echo.
Wiggins submitted a transfer request as Watford showed their initial interest and although it was rejected by the club, he showed his professionalism by going on to play a starring role as Lee Bradbury's men reached the League One play-offs.
That form has only led to more speculation about the former Crystal Palace trainee's future, though.
Charlton look to have conceded defeat in their attempt to buy Wiggins as they have since signed left-back Cedric Evina, while it is unclear if Watford will improve on their latest offer.
