Caley midfielder struggling with groin injury
Inverness midfielder Lee Cox will visit a specialist next week to assess his groin problem.
The 21-year-old's pre-season training schedule has been disrupted by the injury, which kept him out of Saturday's 3-0 Scottish Premier League defeat to Motherwell.
Manager Terry Butcher expects him to be out for a number of weeks as he battles to overcome the problem.
He told the club's official website: "Lee's not been making progress so we've arranged his visit to a specialist.
"Sadly, it looks like he'll not just miss Saturday's home game with Hibs, but be sidelined for a few weeks yet.
"It's a real pity for us and the lad."
