Rangers keeper Allan McGregor is staying positive the club can keep their UEFA Champions League hopes alive.
Ally McCoist's men suffered a disappointing 1-0 home defeat to Malmo in Tuesday's first leg qualifier.
The result leaves Gers with an extremely difficult task in Sweden, however, McGregor believes they can overcome the odds.
The Rangers keeper knows the club have a decent away record in Europe and that overturning the defeat is not mission impossible.
"We need to be confident," explained McGregor. "There is no point going there if we don't feel confident.
"The boys know what we have to do and we have got a decent record away from home in Europe.
"We are organised and we know what we need to do - it's just a case of going there and doing it. It's down to us now."
McGregor believes Gers' slow start against Malmo was the blame for their below-par showing at Ibrox.
"I don't think we started too well, the other team started better than us and they looked sharper," he admitted.
"But we can take more positives from the second half.
"We created a number of chances and, on another day, they would have gone in."
