Ipswich manager Paul Jewell says he has received no indication that Fulham will recall on-loan goalkeeper David Stockdale.
There were fears that Martin Jol would bring Stockdale back to Craven Cottage after Mark Schwarzer suffered a head and back injury in their Premier League clash with West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
But Schwarzer believes he will be available to play in Fulham's Europa League trip to Denmark to face Odense this Thursday.
The Cottagers, who have not won a Premier League game this season, have goalkeeper Neil Etheridge in reserve.
Stockdale has played in all eight of Ipswich's Championship games this season, keeping three clean sheets in the process.
He conceded seven goals against Peterborough and five against Southampton last month, but has also been called up to Fabio Capello's England squad.
The 26-year-old joined the Tractor Boys on a season-long loan at the start of the season, but can return to his parent club with just 24 hours' notice.
Jewell told the Green'Un24: "We were made aware that Mark (Schwarzer) hurt his back but, touch wood, we haven't heard anything from Fulham.
"We are completely at their mercy, they hold a 24-hour recall clause and that is constantly a thought in our minds.
"I wouldn't say we have a replacement lined up because that is very difficult, but we have targets and I think it's really important we are proactive in the eventuality anything happens."
