Darren Fletcher knows Manchester United have it all to do in Basel next month after being held to a 2-2 draw by Benfica in UEFA Champions League action on Tuesday night.
The Portuguese side qualified for the last 16 after snatching a point at Old Trafford, while United's fate depends on how they fare against Basel in Switzerland in their final Group C encounter.
Midfielder Fletcher, who put United ahead in the second half on Tuesday before Benfica equalised for a share of the spoils, is not writing Sir Alex Ferguson's men off just yet and still believes they can win the group.
"It's still possible," he told Sky Sports News. "It's important that you qualify and get yourself into the knockout stages.
"We're obviously going to need a big favour with hopefully Benfica not winning their last game and us winning to top the group.
"But we've still got a job to do in Basel."
Fletcher echoed manager Ferguson by admitting United were unlucky not to take all three points.
He added: "We lost goals at bad times and we created enough chances to win the match, so we're disappointed in that respect."
