Olic also on Magath's radar ahead of the January transfer window

Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky could be a January transfer target of Bundesliga club Wolfsburg. Felix Magath, manager of the German outfit, has revealed he is an admirer of the previously injury-plagued Czech Republic international. And with Rosicky having made just three Premier League starts this season, Wolfsburg could attempt to take the former Borussia Dortmund star back to the Bundesliga. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger earlier in December played down suggestions the 31-year-old will leave Emirates Stadium, but there has been a link to Wolfsburg since the summer. Magath told BILD: "Tomas Rosicky is definitely a quality player, there should be no doubt about that.

Contract

"And he is on top of his fitness. A few years ago, he was chased by all of the big clubs in Europe." Magath has also confirmed his interest in Ivica Olic, who is expected to leave Bayern Munich in January ahead of the conclusion of his contract at the end of the season. "Ivica Olic could fit right into our setup. And as far as I am concerned he is looking to move clubs," said Magath. "He might play his final tournament in the coming summer, when he features for Croatia at the Euro 2012. "This is why he needs to play regularly now. But we have to wait and see what Bayern Munich wants to do or not."
