Wright dismisses Rhodes threat

Assistant boss Tommy Wright insists Chesterfield will not worry about Jordan Rhodes as they prepare to face Huddersfield.

Rhodes took his tally for the season to 19 goals with four strikes in Town's incredible 4-4 draw at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday. It was the 21-year-old's third hat-trick in League One this campaign. Wright acknowledges that Rhodes is an obvious threat but he feels that Chesterfield also have players who are capable of causing Huddersfield problems at the Galpharm Stadium on Boxing Day. "The lad Rhodes has got a fantastic record, he's a real goalscorer," said Wright. "When balls go in the box he is very lively, he's got good movement and he is dangerous. "But we will look at ourselves and see how we can cause them problems, we have attackers who can cause them problems. "But it's down to the same old thing - we have to defend better. They have got good attackers."
