Celtic midfielder Ki Sung-yueng has been named Korean Footballer of the Year. The 22-year-old won the awarded voted for by South Korea's national sports writers and technical officials. He has scored six goals in 24 appearances this season for the Hoops, including the second in Sunday's 2-0 win over St Johnstone. He joined the Glasgow club in January 2010 from FC Seoul were he started his career. Ki made his international debut in 2008 and has gone on to be capped 44 times by his country.
