Marian Kello has confirmed he will leave Hearts at the end of the season after revealing he 'got into trouble' for rejecting a move to Austria Vienna.
The Slovakian goalkeeper's contract expires in the summer and he will not be signing a new deal after being frozen out of the team due to 'political' reasons.
He will miss Wednesday's SPL game against Celtic after revealing there had been interest from the league leaders during the January transfer window.
Kello feels his exclusion from the Hearts side is due to his decision to turn down a switch to Vienna and he is now waiting for further offers.
"The interest from Celtic was certainly real but ultimately they did not make a concrete offer," the 29-year-old told several Scottish newspapers.
"At the end of the transfer window Austria Vienna also showed interest in me.
"But it ended up not being a successful transfer because it was a last-minute proposal and I decided not to go for certain reasons.
"I got into trouble with the club for not completing the transfer. But my contract ends in the summer and I will decide what to do then.
"I'm not going to negotiate a new deal here. I'm leaving on June 30.
"So I will wait for offers and I am open to different possibilities. I'll see how it develops."
Kello added that Hearts' predicament is, at least in part, behind his decision, adding: "The club is for sale - the owner (Vladimir Romanov) has made that clear.
"Here you essentially have to look after yourself. The salary gets paid only after a delay. It is a difficult situation."
