Midfielder insists Black Cats are not scared of Arsenal

Sunderland midfielder Jack Colback is adamant his side have no fear as they enter a double header with Arsenal. The 22-year-old featured in the FA Cup fourth-round replay against Middlesbrough as his goal helped Sunderland ensure Arsenal would visit the Stadium of Light for consecutive weekends. The fifth round of the FA Cup will take place next weekend, with Arsene Wenger's side also next on the bill for the Black Cats in the league. The Gunners visit Wearside this weekend on the back of their emphatic 7-1 victory over Blackburn last time out.

Opportunity

Colback is confident that his side have no reason to fear any other team having won nine of their last 13 outings since Martin O'Neill took over the reins. "It's a good opportunity for us," he said. "They come up to our place twice and I am sure they will be fearing us as much as we fear them. "It should be a good game, the one on Saturday, and hopefully we can progress like we have been doing and keep on winning. "We know what to expect from them. They pass it well and we like to do the same.
Enjoyable
"I'm sure it will be an open game, and enjoyable game and hopefully we can come out with the three points." The Tyneside-born midfielder scored the opening goal as Sunderland prevailed at the Riverside Stadium against Middlesbrough on Wednesday night and backs himself to keep on scoring and improving his record. "I have always had a belief in myself that I can score goals like that," he added. "It's something I definitely need to add to my game. "However they go in, I just need to be scoring 10-plus a season."
