Zoltan Gera has revealed he is happy that chose West Brom again, after leaving Fulham in the summer.
The 32-year-old attacking midfielder was ruled out for the rest of the Premier League season after he ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee against Tottenham in November.
However, manager Roy Hodgson recently admitted that the Hungary captain is well ahead of schedule in his recovery and could make a comeback in April.
And Gera admitted in the Hungarian edition of
FourFourTwo: "I had offers from Southern Europe but I made a very good decision to join West Brom.
"I don't think that another club would be so patient with me. I was injured when they signed me and after my recovery after a couple of games I got injured again and they kept putting their trust in me.
"West Brom's trust is up to the success I reached with the club, but it's also important who the coach is.
"The games I played (at the beginning of the season) may have convinced them that it was worthy to bring me back.

"I want to play football until I feel good on the pitch. I don't feel old, I feel like I'm 25 again.
"I had an MRI scan at the club recently and afterwards the doctors praised my body, my bones and my joints by saying they're like a young footballer's.
"I joked that they should extend my contract for another three years,"
Gera initially moved to The Hawthorns from Ferencvaros in 2004, making more than 150 appearances before signing for Fulham four years later.
He moved back to the West Midlands over the summer, signing a two-year contract.
