Bhoys midfielder keen to avenge loss to Gers

Celtic midfielder Joe Ledley wants his team-mates to move on as quickly as possible from Sunday's Old Firm defeat by Rangers. The Bhoys could have won the title at Ibrox for the first time since 1967 with success over their arch rivals at the weekend. However, Neil Lennon's men had Cha Du-Ri and Victor Wanyama sent off as the leaders slipped to a 3-2 loss. Celtic tackle St Johnstone on Sunday and Ledley believes everyone is keen to avenge losing to Ally McCoist's side.

No dwelling

"We're going to have another opportunity to prove ourselves and hopefully get a win," he told Celtic View. "We just need to concentrate on the three points and go to the end of the season and see what happens. "We weren't happy with how things went on Sunday, but we need to pick ourselves up and go again. "That's football. You need to move on from these games and can't dwell on them."
Difficult
Celtic could reclaim the title this weekend depending on the outcome of Rangers' clash at Motherwell on Saturday, although Ledley is taking nothing for granted against the Saints. "They have been one of the better teams this season and are going to make it difficult for us," he continued. "We're going to have to be on the top of our game to try and break them down. "We need to just attack from the off and get the three points which will be vital for us. "It will be fantastic playing in front of a big crowd at home again and hopefully we can get a good result."
