Borussia Dortmund have offered Japanese sensation Shinji Kagawa a new long-term deal as they look to fend off interest from Europe's biggest clubs.
The 23-year-old is reportedly being tracked by Manchester United and Juventus, who are aware that his contract expires at the end of next season.
Kagawa, though, has always expressed a desire to remain at the club and sporting director Michael Zorc is intent on securing the club's best young players.
"He is one of our key players and we are determined to keep him. The offer is now up to him," he told Bild.

Kagawa joined Dortmund from Cerezo Osaka in the summer of 2010 and has developed into one of the league's best players in his two years at the club.
"I'm having a terrific time and would be happy if this were to continue. I want to stay," Kagawa said in February.
If he agrees to the improved contract, it would be a major boost for the German side especially after having secured the long-term future of another exciting youngster in Mario Gotze.
