Striker poised to return from injury against Manchester United

DJ Campbell is ready to score the goals that save Queens Park Rangers from Premier League relegation. The striker, a £1.2million signing from Blackpool last summer, has played just 11 matches in all competitions since moving to Loftus Road as a result of an injury-hit campaign. But Campbell, along with Heidar Helguson, on Tuesday came through a reserve team outing and could on Sunday return at Manchester United from his most recent hamstring problem. Mark Hughes will welcome any increase in his goalscoring options, with QPR only sitting outside the relegation zone on goal difference and Djibril Cisse facing an extended ban. And Campbell is confident he can help, as he said: "It's not quite worked out for me this season with injuries, but I scored a lot of goals last year, so why not? "It's what I get paid to do and that's what I hopefully can do when I come back. "I feel I can make an impact straight away. I believe we can do it. If I can score the goals to help us do so, then my job's done."
